1. Usage Based Pricing
Slangit Technologies FZCO (“Slangit”) bills are based on a selected service from its wide machine learning-powered search and chat platform based on Knowledge Base as a Service (KBaaS) (the “Services”), more known as bundles. Bundles vary from one option to another.
By adding a credit card to an account, the customer is agreeing to be automatically billed based on the selected bundle(s). All billing policies are detailed in our Customer Engagement Agreement.
Dashboards have also been created ensuring full transparency of the utilization of the purchased bundle.
Customers are also given the option to upgrade, downgrade and cancel at any point in time/ Invoices will be sent to the billing contact on file automatically each month based on bundle(s) purchased.
