Slangit Technologies FZCO (“Slangit” “we” “us” or “our”) provides a machine learning- powered search and chat platform based on Knowledge Base as a Service (KBaaS) (the “Services”), among other relatable services that may be added from time to time. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains how we collect, use, and manage personal information, whether it is submitted by our customers or collected via our website at https://slangit.ai. Our Services are intended for organizations—including businesses of all sizes and government entities for their own users—not individual consumers. This Policy applies to any of Slangit affiliates, subsidiaries and sister companies that are controlled by Slangit (“Affiliates”). This Policy targets personal data relating to individuals acting in a professional or business capacity, rather than in a personal or household context, and does not cover personal data we process on behalf of our customers in the role of a service provider.
